Do you accept returns/exchanges on sold items?
We only offer exchange on defective items, if the product is returned to us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
I received a defective/wrong product? What is the process to return the item?
Upon receiving a defective product, please immediately e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us on our Whatsapp number +91 9574160005 to initiate the return procedure, as we accept returns only within 48 hours. Our returns team will help you with the returns procedure to get these items back to us through our registered courier partner. Once we receive the package we will email you a full-store credit voucher to purchase products from the website, in exchange.
Will the shipping charge be refunded for a returned order?
Shipping charge will be discounted from your next purchase amount.
Can an order be refunded ?
Yes, only in a case where an order has been accepted on a product which is no longer available, we can refund the payment.
What happens when an ordered item is of bad inventory or has gone out of stock before my order is fulfilled?
If an item goes out of stock after an order has been placed, the amount will be refunded to you.
Can an order be cancelled before it is delivered?
Since we maintain a same-day-shipment policy, we cannot accept order cancellations.
Is the return policy for International shipments the same as domestic shipments?
Yes, the return policy for international shipments will remain the same. The return procedure has to be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the items.
