Personally Identifiable Information or PII refers to any data that can be used to identify an individual by locating their contact, or identity, through the said data. PII data includes, but is not limited to, a name, an address, phone numbers, fax numbers, email address, financial profiles, social security number, credit card information, etc.
Any data that is provided anonymously (this data cannot help to identify who provided it), does not include in PII.
Any demographic information collected, which does not reveal any identified individual or identifiable information, does not include in PII.
Which PII data is collected on this website?
All visitors may have to provide their basic user information such as their name, email address, etc. We will collect additional information from our Authorised Customers, viz. their addresses, phone numbers, the category and size of their business, and, the category and size of their advertising inventory that the Authorized Customer intends to trade in.

However, please bear in mind that due to constant backups and records of deletions, to delete a Visitor’s entry without retaining some residual information will be impossible. Therefore, when an individual requests to have their PII deactivated, their information is only functionally deleted, and thus we cannot trade, transfer, or use their Personally Identifiable Information in any way from thereafter.
