Return & Exchange Policy

We allow Return/Exchange of the items purchased from within the 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return/Exchange is allowed provided the product is in original condition i.e. unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered & in saleable condition with original tags, invoice & packaging intact.

All products received will undergo quality check after the product has been received at our Warehouse.  If the product picked does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you. 

Exchange can be done within 7 days after your order is delivered.

  • In case the customer received defective/wrong product(s), the reverse pickup will be generated by us and the shipping charges will be covered by us only.
  • If the customer’s pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the product(s) and the shipping charges are 100% refundable if you received defective/wrong product(s).(Max Courier Charge Rs 100 Refundable)(Only Apply in Defective of damage product received)
  • If there is any size issue/unlike product any other issue by placed by the customer, then he/she has to bear the shipping cost.
  • Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit. Please ensure the product(s) must be in unused condition with all tags and packaging.
  • We only accept exchanges once.
  • If you've ordered more than one item, there are additional charges that need to be paid before the dispatch. These charges will be deducted from your principal amount. This policy applies exclusively to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • Sold out product non returnable, non refundable, non exchangeable.

We do not accept any Return/Exchange of any altered garments. 

Exchange an item is easy. Please note that items Exchange must be received within 7 days of the shipping confirmation date, and that items are in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations and has all tags attached.

We are unable to provide Return/Exchange under following circumstances:

  • Products that are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per wash care label.
  • Undergarments, accessories, shorts and Grooming products
  • Products bought from our partner stores and other marketplace websites

Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided in terms of Wallet point or Coupen Code. Validity of the wallet money or Coupen will be for 1 year from the date of accrual.

Once we receive the product at our warehouse.  Then After We will Process For Our Wallet Credis Transfer or Coupen Code As Customer Wish.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR  EXCHANGE will not be responsible for any incorrect voucher issuance against Exchange arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.

Store Credits/coupen will be issued within 2-3 business days of receiving the product.

You can Exchange either complete order or some items from the same order.

Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing over to courier partners.

Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.
